for the past month or so i haven’t binged nor have i fasted. in the past i’ve binged terribly for a couple of days and then not eat at all for a few days. it’s been great to eat everyday and not eat to the point of uncomfortable fullness. i’ve already lost10 lbs. i feel so much better.

I got rid of all the users, cling ons and energy stealers out of my life. I took responsibility for some pretty heavy stuff and I got physically healthy. I also started looking at people and situations with more understanding and grace. And I stocked up my library. Finally, I built a successful business and stopped waiting on a guy to see more than just my looks.
